Induction Hob: No pre-heating is necessary to reach the desired temperature, so power is converted into heat as efficiently as possible. Because only the pot or pan gets hot (not the cooking surface), Induction cooking is far safer to use.
Stop+Go Function: The Stop+Go function reduces all zones to a 'keep warm’ temperature level. Return to cooking and the Stop+Go function remembers the previously selected temperature level.
Slide Touch Control: Direct access to your desired cooking level or simply slide your finger along the scale to get to your desired cooking level.
