Deliveries & Returns
Deliveries are conducted both on a one man to the doorstep basis and a two man into the property basis. Safe access to a
property is at the driver’s discretion and he/she reserves the right to refuse if he/she deems it to be dangerous or unsafe
under the health & safety regulations.
Into the property deliveries are assumed to be ground floor only and may be subject to
a pre-delivery survey or questionnaire to determine access issues. Failed deliveries will be subject to a re-delivery charge &
this is postcode & service dependant. FREE deliveries apply to Walvis Bay, Dolphin Beach, Long Beach, Swakopmund only.
Unless clearly stated on your sales order document to the contrary there is no provision for un-packaging of goods, removing of doors,
removal of packaging, fitting/installation
of items or removal of old appliances for recycling. Deliveries will only be made to the address on the sales order document.
Delivery dates are an estimate and are subject to change at any time. Please do not book or engage any third party contractors
until you have actually received delivery.
Returns: Original condition refers to boxed and unused.
Where the item is a small domestic item (such as a kettle or toaster) you may open the box in order to inspect the item, however the box must be sealed and content placed back as they were.
Where the item is a large appliance (such as a washing machine or refrigerator), there is packaging that once removed, cannot be replaced and therefore removal of this constitutes acceptance of the product. Installation of an item would also constitute acceptance.
In both cases, should you return an item that we deem as unsaleable at its original value we do reserve the right to withold up to 50% of the original item value.
If you are returning Product(s) that are faulty, you will not be responsible for any collection costs. In this case we will assist you in making contact with the appointed service specialist/agent who will log a service call and initially look at resolving the issue. If this is not an issue that they can resolve, and the product is within warranty, a replacement item will be arranged for and provided. However, if any accessories are missing, the cost of these will be additional.
We are unable to accept items for return as faulty if, in the use of the product you have failed to follow the manufacturers instructions on usage and location of a product. For example, the placement of an appliance in an external building or garage, where it is stated within the manual the item is intended for indoor domestic usage only and not suitable for such a location.
